Viewing Our Products

You can view our full range of products in our catalogue, at one of the trade shows at which we exhibit, or at our showroom in Tunbridge Wells. If you have a trading account with us, you can also register for an online account, enabling you to view our full product range in the trade-only section of our site - click on 'Trade Login' above for further details. To request a catalogue, please fill out the New Customer form on the Contact Us page.


You can place orders over the phone, by email or by fax. You can also order in person at Trade Shows, at our showroom or with one of our sales agents in your own store. And now you can also order online - click 'Trade Login' at the top of the page to access this feature.

Carriage Charges

For orders delivered to the UK mainland the minimum order value is £100 (ex-VAT), and orders over £300 will be sent carriage-paid; below this, a carriage charge of £12 is applied.  See our FAQs for details of minimum order values and delivery charges for other areas.



When you place an order, unless you’ve asked for a later delivery the available products will be sent out as soon as possible – normally within a week of receipt. If any products aren’t currently in stock they will be placed on a back order, which will be despatched as soon as the stock becomes available. You can check the status of your order or back order at any time by phone or email.


If you trade in the UK or Ireland then (subject to references) we can provide 30 days credit terms from your first order. If you're unable to provide suitable trade references (e.g. because your business is new) we will supply you on a pro forma basis with a 2.5% discount for your first two orders, after which credit facilities will be available. Payments may be made by cheque or bank transfer; we also accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone.

We can advise about the latest trends and hottest best-sellers, and suggest ways in which to present our products in store for maximum effect.
